1. What information does LiuShi need from me to provide a quote?

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

- There is no MOQ limit. However, for lower prices, we suggest starting with 100 pieces of cardboard displays and 500 pieces of packaging boxes.

 

3. What is the cost for samples?

- Design is free, and we offer free samples (sample cost can be refunded).

- Sample lead time is 1-3 working days plus transit time.

 

4. Once my design is confirmed, how long will it take to receive a quotation?

- We will send you an accurate quotation within 24 hours of design confirmation.

 

5. Can I customize the size and design of my products freely?

- Absolutely, you can freely customize the size and design of your products

 

6. What are your production and delivery timeframes?

- Sample lead time is 1-3 working days plus transit time.

- Normally, the production time is approximately 15 to 21 days, depending on the order quantity.

 

7. What are your payment terms and conditions?

- We require a 30% prepayment upon order confirmation.

- The remaining 70% should be paid before shipment once the goods are ready.
